With the latest update to RED (5/14/19), we’ve updated the static universal links in the footer area per user feedback. We’ve also included a link to the new UIC Safe Mobile App! Feel free to check it out here.
You will still be able to add/edit the dynamic links you’ve put in the Simple/Mega Footer.
