Multi-level List Formatting Bug Squashed

With the latest update to RED (9/17/19), the RED Team has squashed a pesky bug that was causing front end design issues when users created multi-level bulleted or numbered lists.  An example would be using bulleted lists underneath alphanumeric lists to delve further into specifics of content in list form.  Now, when users implement multi-level list formatting in the visual editor (i.e. within the Text Block Component), it will properly display on the front end to visitors.
